Helderberg Community Watch, LLC is a grassroots volunteer organization formed in response to the sudden interest of several multinational wind developers to place an industrial wind facility in the Helderberg Mountains.

HCW supports and promotes a transparent local government devoid of conflicts of interest that is responsive to the all members of our community.

HCW supports the development of responsible, scientifically sound, dependable renewable energy and personal energy conservation.

The mission of Helderberg Community Watch is to utilize public education and citizen participation to protect the safety of hilltown residents, to preserve our property values, to maintain our quality of life, and to safeguard the beauty and rural character of the hilltowns for this and future generations.
